From our humble beginning in 2002, with two employees and a single Vermeer 7 X 11A directional drill, to our explosive growth today, CDB has been your expert in the underground utility arena.  In 2012, because of the demand from our customers, we expanded our operation to include splicing services to help city governments and large communication companies meet their customers growing needs. Today, CDB has expanded our workforce and our locations to help our customers in all their locations. CDB services clients all over Iowa, Western Illinois, and beyond.
